HSA / FSA Reimbursement Available
Noir Luxe LLC is a self-pay practice. While we do not accept or bill insurance directly, certain therapeutic massage services provided by a Registered Massage Practitioner (RMP) may be eligible for reimbursement through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) when deemed medically necessary.
When booking, please refer to the FSA/HSA Service Menu for booking your appointment. All services that could potentially be covered by your healthcare provider are already listed there.
Itemized receipts and superbills are available upon request for client submission to their plan administrator. Some plans may require a Letter of Medical Necessity from a licensed healthcare provider. Eligibility and reimbursement are determined solely by the client’s individual plan. Noir Luxe LLC does not guarantee reimbursement.
